Why we made it this way

A twelve-hour shift audits every seam. These four calls are how this piece passes the audit.

  1. Bonded Fleece Warmth

The tough outer shell blends polyester and spandex over a soft polyester fleece lining. This thick bonded fabric traps heat nicely, keeping you comfortable during long hours on your feet in chilly clinic rooms.

  2. Five Handy Pockets

Generous pocket space keeps your shift essentials right where you need them. Five separate storage spots make it simple to carry pens, work badges, and personal items without weighing down your pant pockets.

  3. Smooth Front Zipper

A full-length front zipper makes layering quick when temperatures swing. It glides smoothly so you can pull the jacket on over your scrub top or unzip for ventilation between busy tasks.

  4. Tailored Modern Fit

Cut with a neat silhouette, this layer moves comfortably across the shoulders and arms. It offers the relaxed ease you need for active shifts while maintaining a clean, professional profile from start to finish.
