Kids grow mid-season and sometimes the chart loses to reality. Swapping is normal. Here is how it works.
Where returns happen
All returns and size swaps run through our retail partner, the same place your checkout happened. We do not take parcels ourselves, so please do not mail anything to the brand. A box sent to us only slows your swap down.

On the partner site, straight from your account there.
Pick the QBK piece
Choose return or exchange right next to it.
Follow the label instructions
The partner shows the label and drop-off options on the spot.
Money comes back through the partner
Once the piece checks in with them, the payment returns the way it came.
Sizing help before round two
Ordering a replacement size blind is how families end up with three pairs of the same pants. Every product page here lists the measurements we cut to. Compare them against a piece that already fits well, and the second try usually sticks.
Condition notes
The partner decides return windows and condition rules, and they show both during checkout and in order history. As the people who sew the gear, we will just say: keep the tags on until the piece survives a fitting.
