Parents ask

Real questions from real inboxes, with the shortest honest answers we can manage.

Do the baseball pants run true to size?

Mostly yes, with one caveat: they are cut for movement, so the waist relies on the elastic and drawcord more than the number on the tag. Between sizes, we point most families up a size for growing room.

Will the white pants survive sliding?

The knees are the battleground, which is why our game pants carry reinforced or double-layer knees. Dirt washes out of the polyester weave far better than it ever did out of cotton. Pre-treat, wash cold, skip the dryer heat.

How do the school polos hold their collar?

The pique knit is the trick. It is a thicker, textured weave that springs back after washing instead of curling. Hang them straight from the machine and you can skip ironing most weeks.

Are the rash guards good for all-day sun?

They are built as swim layers with sun protection ratings listed on each product page. Check the specific piece for its rating, and remember a rash guard covers shoulders that sunscreen tends to miss by noon.

What sizes do you cut?

Kids pieces run from toddler 2T through youth XL depending on the line. Womens scrubs run XS to 3XL. Each product page carries the exact chart for that cut, and the charts differ between lines, so check the page rather than memory.

Why does checkout happen somewhere else?

We are a design house, not a warehouse operation. Our retail partner runs checkout, delivery and returns, and does it better than a small brand crew could. The gear is ours. The vans are theirs.

Can I ask a question before buying?

Please do. The contact page has our inbox, and sizing questions before purchase are the ones we answer fastest, because they save a swap later.
